Annual P.M. and D.O.T. Commercial Vehicle Inspection

Inspect radiator, hoses, filter (if applicable), and coolant levels.

Inspect power steering systems for leaks, fluid levels, and filters.

Inspect/test air compressor system for leaks and proper function.

Grease front-end suspension fittings, steering links, tie-rod ends, brake shaft arms and adjusters, drive line, and any rear suspension joints. Inspect oil/grease on all wheel bearings.

Inspect the suspension system, including the springs, shackles, U-bolts, and torque rods.

Check differential oil level, condition, and drive shaft components.

Check oil level, condition, and leaks.

Inspect for loose hangers and leaks.

Inspect battery, fuse box, and alternator.
